Congress declares shutdown time!  Time for a vacation!

After all, the Congress is in session so much…

What the members of Congress need to do is go back to first grade while they are on shutdown,

if there is a first grade left to go to. Remember the teacher would keep things simple and productive?

Well, perhaps they would get a refresher course on the meaning of important things,

such as the “3 C’s” of Congress IN Session:

CONVERSATION

small group of people or only two; the activity of talking in this way

COOPERATION

kōˌäpəˈrāSHən/ noun-the process of working together to the same end.

CLOSURE

ˈklōZHər/ noun-the act or process of closing something, esp. an institution, thoroughfare, or frontier, or of being closed.

Perhaps they need to take a few crisis and communicate management courses

from world experts such as Dr. Robert Payne:

We all need a good laugh now and then and corporate comedians such as Dr. Payne,

With regards to our elected Congress,

perhaps they can put aside party differences and connecton a much more important higher ground:
